What does “tea bush rental” mean?

This is a subscription format that allows you to become part of the revival of our tea plantations. As a thank-you for your subscription, you receive several benefits: we will assign the name you choose to our tea bushes, take care of them on your behalf, and prepare a personalized tea harvest for you during the next harvest season.

What does “personalized harvest” mean?

This means that a specific type and quantity of tea, as defined by your subscription plan, will be exclusively harvested and produced for you from a dedicated tea row assigned to your subscription. This guarantees maximum freshness and ensures that your favorite tea will be available. You will receive this tea during the next harvest season.

How is this different from buying tea normally?

With a regular purchase, you can only choose from teas that are currently in stock. If a tea is sold out, you can secure future access to it by subscribing, which reserves specific tea varieties for you in advance.

Where can tea be delivered?

We deliver to most regions across Eurasia (subject to confirmation during checkout) as well as North America. Delivery times depend on the destination but typically range from a few days to a couple of weeks.

What types of tea are available?

You can choose any tea from our collection and select the quantity that interests you. Higher subscription tiers provide access to a wider range of tea varieties.

Can I change the type of tea in my subscription?

Yes, you can update your tea preferences within your subscription. Changes can be made after subscribing and up until the start of the harvest season. The date of the next harvest can be found in your account under the Subscription section.

How do I choose a subscription if I want to try all the teas?

Every subscription tier includes a complimentary tasting set featuring all available tea varieties. After trying them, you can customize your tea selections in your profile based on your preferences. You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription if a tea you like is not included in your current plan. Subscription levels can be adjusted at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. According to our policy, subscriptions canceled on the same day they are purchased are eligible for a full refund. After the welcome box has been shipped, cancellations are subject to a recalculation of benefits received. To cancel your subscription, go to the Payments & Refunds section and submit a cancellation request.

Can I give this subscription as a gift?

Yes, it makes an excellent gift. You can purchase a subscription for someone else. The welcome package also includes a certificate of tea bush ownership. When a subscription is purchased as a gift, access to the subscription account is provided to the recipient.

Do you use chemical fertilizers?

No, we use organic cultivation methods without chemical fertilizers. You can review our soil and product purity certification on the About Us page. Information about the chemical composition of each tea variety is available in our Encyclopedia section.
