Delivery terms
1. Delivery Regions
We deliver orders within Georgia and internationally.
2. Delivery Time
- Within Georgia: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- International delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and courier service.
3. Shipping Cost
The shipping fee starts from $30 and is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Courier Service & Delivery Providers
Orders are delivered by trusted courier services. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
In some cases, international shipping may be carried out via delivery providers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. In this case, customers will be required to pick up their package at the designated pickup point of the delivery service.
