Online Payment by Bank Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway using modern security protocols.
Payment with Cryptocurrency
We accept payments in popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (Tether). After placing your order, you will receive a wallet address and the amount to be paid.
Note: Network fees are paid by the customer. Payment is considered complete once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
Bank Transfer (for legal entities)
After placing an order, legal entities are issued an invoice. Shipment is carried out after the payment is credited to our account.
Cash Payment
Cash payment is only accepted for purchases made directly at the factory.
Return Policy
You can return items within 2 business days of receiving them, provided they are unopened and undamaged.
To initiate a return, please fill out the product return form using the button below or email us at info@helistea.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: "Return"
- Your full name
- The name of the item you wish to return
- A copy of your invoice/receipt (attached to the email)
- A short description of the reason for the return
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. In this case, no further charges will be made. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. However, you will still receive your full amount of tea — we will recalculate the order and deliver it in one shipment in a convenient format.
For first-time subscriptions, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
