The owner of the online store HELIS TEA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is Ltd Tqibulis Mtis Chai (registration code 419620690), located at: Sakartvelo, Tqibulis Raioni, S. Zedubani.
Definitions
"Customer" — a legal entity participating in the Campaign.
"Plantation" — land plots with the Georgian registration codes 39.03.23.024, 39.03.23.016, 39.03.31.198, 39.03.31.200, 39.03.31.415, 39.03.31.418, 39.03.31.199, 39.03.31.416, located in the village of Zedubani, Dzirovani and Dabadzveli.
"Fee" — the amount paid by the Customer to participate in the Campaign.
"Website" — the website helistea.com.
Validity of the Sale Contract, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply to all purchases of goods and services made through the online store. By accepting these terms, the Customer also accepts the terms specified for each individual Product. Product prices are indicated next to the products. All prices are stated in the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro, Georgian Lari, and Russian Ruble.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. If the Customer has placed an order in the online store and paid for it, the Company is obliged to deliver the goods at the prices valid at the moment the order was placed.
Placing an Order
To participate in the Campaign, the Customer selects the desired product on the Website and adds it to the shopping cart. The Customer must complete all required fields (first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, postal code) in order to finalize the order.
Payment may be made using the payment system "Klarna". The contract comes into force when the payment is credited to the Company's bank account. The Customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate information when making purchases through the Website.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Company uses the personal data provided by the Customer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and banking details) exclusively for order processing. The Company is the controller of personal data for this online store.
The Company transfers personal data to transportation companies for the purpose of delivering goods. The Company transfers personal data to banking and payment partners for payment processing. The Company transfers personal data to its accounting company for accounting purposes.
The Company sends newsletters and special offers to the Customer's email address only if the Customer has given consent. The Customer may opt out of receiving newsletters and offers at any time by notifying the Company at helisteagardens@gmail.com or by following the instructions provided in the emails. The transfer of the Customer's personal data through the online store is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
Limitation of Liability

Settlement of Disputes
All claims made by the Customer regarding the Company must be sent to helisteagardens@gmail.com. If the Customer and the Company are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the Customer may apply to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.
