About the Tour
A one-day tea-tasting tour on a Georgian tea plantation combines an introduction to the culture of high-mountain tea with nature and local production traditions. Surrounded by green tea fields and fresh mountain air, guests will taste several varieties of tea, learn about their production methods, and discover how to distinguish subtle differences in flavour and aroma.

Group meeting and transfer to the Georgian tea plantation.
Meeting of the group at the agreed place and greeting by the guide. Organized transfer to the tea plantation. On the way - familiarization with the tour program and understanding of Georgian landscapes.

Guided tour: history, cultivation, and harvesting process.
You will learn about the history of Georgian tea growing and the peculiarities of growing tea in the mountains. The guide will take you around the plantation, tell you about the traditions and modern methods of caring for tea bushes. Participants will see the harvesting process and will be able to try themselves as pickers.

Tea brewing masterclass.
Under the guidance of a tea master, you will learn the secrets of proper brewing of Georgian tea. You will learn how different varieties reveal their taste and aroma at different temperatures and brewing methods.

Tasting session: rare varieties and tips from the tea master.
Guests will be treated to a tasting of selected and rare varieties of Georgian tea. The master will share the subtleties of recognizing flavors and tell you how to choose tea correctly. This is a great opportunity to discover new flavors and ask questions to a professional.

Free time for photos, tea shopping, and souvenirs at the factory store.
After the tour, you will have time to enjoy the atmosphere of the plantation and take memorable photos. In the company store you can buy fresh tea and original souvenirs. This is a great opportunity to take a piece of Georgia with you.

Return transfer to the city.
At the end of the program, a comfortable transfer back to the city is organized. On the way, you can relax after a busy day and share impressions with the group. Arrival - at a pre-agreed place.
