Classic Infusion

Heat water to 95–100°C.

Measure tea: use 1 g per 100 ml of water.

Preheat your teaware to maintain a stable temperature.

Rinse the tea leaves briefly (3–5 seconds) with hot water to awaken them.

Brew according to your chosen method.

Continue infusing while the tea retains its flavor, gradually increasing steeping time with each infusion. Toward the final brews, you can extend steeping up to 2 minutes.

What’s the difference between brewing methods?

Why 1 g per 100 ml? Isn’t that too little?

This is the optimal ratio for a balanced, smooth flavor without bitterness. If you prefer a stronger infusion, you can slightly increase the amount.


How to store this tea?

Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry, and dark place. Keep away from strong odors such as spices or coffee. Do not refrigerate — it negatively affects the aroma.


Can children drink this tea?

Yes, in moderation. Black tea contains caffeine, so smaller portions are recommended for children.
