Harvest: June 2025. This is a classic green tea, grown in Georgia, Imereti region, plantation in Zedubani. The plantation is located at 749 meters above sea level.

Aroma is bright, grassy. You can smell green beans, fresh peas, and a little bit of pumpkin seeds.

Taste is rich, astringent, with light bitterness and umami. The tea is not empty, not watery. It's dense, slightly tangy, but the bitterness is pleasant, like that of a good fresh cedar nut. The umami gives it depth and doesn't let the flavor drift away into nowhere.

Effect is invigorating, brings mental clarity. It works well in the morning when your brain is still asleep but you already need to get going. Or before physical activity — the tea doesn't weigh you down, but rather sets you up.

Who is it for. Those who get up for an early workout or just don't like coffee — this tea is a great option.

Special feature: you can brew this tea many times. By the 3rd or 4th steep it doesn't become empty, it just changes, becomes softer.

Harvest: hand-picked. Only the bud and one leaf are collected for this tea.
