White Classic Tea is crafted for true tea connoisseurs. Its aroma evokes wild meadow herbs with delicate floral notes, while the taste is smooth, deep, and lightly herbal. This tea is ideal for daily enjoyment, especially for those who appreciate green and light teas. It offers a gentle, relaxing effect, making it perfect for slow, mindful moments.
Our farmers hand-pick the leaves at the very beginning of the season — in April and May, when the tea buds are young, tender, and rich in natural compounds. This tea is a great choice for anyone who enjoys herbal and green tea profiles.
Classic Infusion
Chinese Gongfu Style
Cold Brewing
Heat water to about 80°C. If you don’t have a thermometer, boil water and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Measure tea: use 1 g per 100 ml of water.
Preheat your teaware to avoid temperature fluctuations.
Rinse the tea leaves briefly (3–5 seconds) with hot water to awaken them.
Brew according to your chosen method.
Continue brewing while the tea maintains its aroma and flavor. Gradually increase steeping time with each infusion.
What’s the difference between brewing methods?
It depends on your time and the type of experience you want: Classic brewing - one full, rich cup. Ideal for mornings or quick tea breaks Gongfu brewing - multiple infusions with evolving flavor, perfect for tea rituals and relaxation Siphon brewing - clean, well-extracted, and refined taste thanks to higher extraction and oxygenation
Why 1 g per 100 ml? Isn’t that too little?
This is the optimal ratio for a balanced, smooth flavor without bitterness. If you prefer a stronger tea, you can add an extra 0.5 g — but we recommend starting with the standard proportion.
How to store this tea?
Store in an airtight container (tin or glass jar with a tight lid), in a dark and dry place. Keep away from strong odors like coffee or spices. Do not refrigerate — it reduces the tea’s aroma.
Can children drink this tea?
Yes, in moderation. White tea naturally contains less caffeine than black or green tea, as it is made from young, delicate leaves and buds.
Can it be served cold?
Yes! This tea makes a refreshing iced tea, perfect for warm weather.
