Dark Oolong Tea : Description & Brewing Guide

Tea brewing

Dark Oolong tea is a rich and expressive tea with a deep, warming character. Its aroma reveals notes of roasted nuts and seeds, complemented by hints of cocoa and baked goods. The taste is bold and насыщенный, with a long, smooth, and pleasant aftertaste. This tea is perfect for focused work and sustained energy, and it can easily appeal even to coffee lovers thanks to its depth and intensity.

Our farmers hand-pick this tea in early summer (May–June), when young leaves are at their peak and develop a full, well-rounded flavor without excessive astringency.

Why 1 g per 100 ml? Isn’t that too little?

This is the optimal ratio for a balanced, smooth flavor without bitterness. If you prefer a stronger infusion, you can slightly increase the amount.
