GABA Oolong tea is a truly distinctive tea with a complex and expressive character.
Its aroma features sweet and slightly tangy fruit notes, complemented by warm hints of baked goods. The flavor is rich, mildly astringent, and layered — smoothly transitioning from one note to another. This is a tea with personality, yet without harshness.
An excellent choice for those who appreciate high-quality oolong tea with depth and balance.
Our farmers harvest this tea twice a year — in early summer (May–June) and late summer (August–September). During these periods, the leaves develop their most complex ароматические свойства, resulting in the tea’s signature fruity profile.

Cold Brewing
Heat water to about 90°C. If you don’t have a thermometer, boil water and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Measure tea: use 1 g per 100 ml of water.
Preheat your teaware to ensure stable brewing conditions.
Rinse the tea leaves briefly (3–5 seconds) with hot water to awaken them.
Brew according to your chosen method.
Continue infusing while the tea maintains its flavor, increasing steeping time slightly with each infusion. Toward the final brews, extend up to 2 minutes if needed.
What’s the difference between brewing methods?
It depends on your time and the type of experience you want: Classic brewing - one rich and full-bodied cup, ideal for everyday use Gongfu brewing - multiple infusions with evolving flavor, perfect for mindful tea sessions Siphon brewing - clean, well-extracted, and refined taste with higher clarity
Why 1 g per 100 ml? Isn’t that too little?
This ratio provides a balanced and smooth flavor without bitterness. If you prefer a stronger brew, you can slightly increase the amount.
How to store this tea?
Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry, and dark place. Avoid contact with strong odors such as spices or coffee. Do not refrigerate — it can reduce the tea’s aroma.
Can children drink this tea?
Yes, but with caution, especially in the case of GABA tea. Although tea generally contains less caffeine than coffee, GABA tea is rich in bioactive compounds and should be consumed in moderation.
Can it be served cold?
Yes — GABA Oolong makes an excellent iced tea or cold brew, perfect for refreshing drinks.
