Sun-dried green tea stands out thanks to its natural processing method. During production, the leaves are withered directly under the sun, which gives the tea its distinctive character. The aroma reveals notes of sweet herbs and dried fruits. The taste is bright, slightly astringent, with a long, clean finish. This tea is ideal for focused work and mental clarity, making it a great choice for those who enjoy green tea with a natural, lively profile.
Our farmers harvest this tea at the very beginning of the season — in April and May, when nature is just awakening. The young tea shoots, refreshed after winter, develop a vibrant and energetic character — much like spring itself. This tea offers a refreshing, toning, and focusing effect.
Classic Infusion
Chinese Gongfu Style
Cold Brewing
Heat water to about 90°C. If you don’t have a thermometer, boil water and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Measure tea: use 1 g per 100 ml of water.
Preheat your teaware to maintain a stable temperature.
Rinse the tea leaves briefly (3–5 seconds) with hot water to awaken them.
Brew according to your chosen method.
Continue infusing while the tea retains its flavor and aroma, increasing steeping time slightly with each infusion. Toward the end, you can extend brewing up to 2 minutes.
What’s the difference between brewing methods?
It depends on your time and the experience you want: Classic brewing - one rich, full cup, ideal for everyday use Gongfu brewing - multiple infusions with evolving flavor, perfect for tea rituals and relaxation Siphon brewing - clean, well-extracted, and refined taste
