White Sun-Dried Tea : Description & Brewing Guide

Tea brewing

Sun-dried white tea is crafted for true tea lovers who appreciate natural processing and delicate flavor profiles.

Its aroma combines notes of dried fruits, wild herbs, and subtle floral оттенки. The taste is soft, smooth, and refined, with a gentle, well-balanced character.

This tea is ideal for daily drinking, especially for those who prefer light, smooth teas with a calming effect.

Our farmers hand-pick the leaves in July and August. One of the key features of this tea is its minimal carbon footprint — the leaves are processed naturally using only sunlight and fresh mountain air, following traditional methods.

What’s the difference between brewing methods?

It depends on your time and the type of experience you want: Classic brewing - one rich, full cup, ideal for everyday use Gongfu brewing - multiple infusions with evolving flavor, perfect for tea rituals and relaxation Siphon brewing - provides a clean, well-extracted, and refined taste

Why 1 g per 100 ml? Isn’t that too little?

This is the optimal ratio for a balanced, smooth taste without bitterness. If you prefer a stronger infusion, you can slightly increase the amount of tea.

How to store this tea?

Store in an airtight container (tin or glass jar), in a cool, dark, and dry place. Keep away from strong odors like spices or coffee. Do not refrigerate — it reduces the aroma.

Can children drink this tea?

Yes, in moderation. White tea contains less caffeine than black or green tea, as it is made from young, delicate leaves. However, if it is GABA tea, moderation is recommended due to higher bioactive content.

Can it be served cold?

Yes — this tea is excellent for cold brew and iced tea, making it a perfect refreshing summer drink.
